Context

ERG-CS03-CONTEXT — Add the approved team setting, responsibilities, project dates and scope. Insert headcount only when the figure and relevant period are confirmed.

Problem

The proposed story examines a team whose performance depends on informal knowledge. The final problem statement should show what the quality reviews or operating records actually revealed rather than assuming a training gap.

Investigation

Document the review method: role boundaries, escalation patterns, handoff notes and how decisions were assessed. Separate gaps in knowledge from missing access, unclear instructions and process design.

Action

Describe the role guides, review rubric, training material and operating rhythm actually introduced. Show a cleared version of the working material so the reader can inspect the change, not just read a claim about it.

Outcome

ERG-CS03-RESULT — Insert supported measures using a consistent review rubric and defined sample. Productivity, review accuracy and staff confidence are different measures; report only what was genuinely evaluated.

What we learned

ERG-CS03-LESSON — Explain which change helped people reason through the work and what still required supervision or improvement.
