WHAT I BRING

The work behind
the talking points.

I teach the Medical Billing Diploma Program at Riphah International University and lead Elevate Revenue Group. My sessions draw on the questions that arise in both settings: how a claim moves, why a team gets stuck, and what makes an operating process dependable.

We can work through a fictional case, unpack a workflow or turn a broad topic into a practical checklist. The aim is for your audience to leave with a question they can answer and an action they can take.
