When you get in touch

If the form offers “Prepare email,” your entries are used in your browser to compose a message. The website does not receive that message when you prepare it. You choose whether to send it through your email service.

If direct inquiry delivery is available, submitting the form sends the name, email address, organization, topic and message you provide to Azeem’s configured inquiry destination. These details are used to respond to the inquiry and manage the related conversation. Please do not send patient information through this website.

Search and calculators

Site search runs against the site’s published content in your browser. Calculator inputs are processed locally. This version does not send your search questions or calculator values to a model provider or an analytics service, and does not save them in browser storage.

Search keeps only aggregate matched/unmatched counts for the current browser tab’s session, when session storage is available. These counts contain no search text or patient information and are not uploaded. A missing-topic suggestion is shared only if you choose to contact Azeem.

Basic website delivery

The hosting provider processes the technical information needed to serve pages and maintain the service, which may include request and security logs. This site does not currently use advertising pixels or a marketing analytics integration.

External services

Links to LinkedIn, email services, training sites and source references open other services. Those services handle information according to their own policies. Downloads from this site do not require registration.
