Observe the decision
Review the evidence and reasoning behind an action. Determine whether a finding points to knowledge, access, instructions or the design of the process before prescribing more training.
Teach the gap
Choose a cleared or fictional account scenario suitable for the learning setting. Ask the learner to explain the next decision and its basis, not merely repeat the sequence of screens.
Update and revisit
Revise the relevant working instruction when it is incomplete, then check comparable work using the same rubric. ERG-FW03-APPROVAL — Add approved teaching material, attribution and an application of this structure.
